Job Description

The Customer Sales Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, ticketing, sales operations, and administrative support while contributing to the company’s overall sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, principal airlines, and external partners. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency, uphold service excellence, and help drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service, bookings, and ticketing for FIT and GIT clients, handling inquiries with accurate travel and documentation information.
  • Manage daily sales and administrative tasks, including sales reports, ticketing authority, pre-flight checks, queue management, and BSP data collection.
  • Resolve customer and trade partner issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Principal offices on fares, refunds, reschedules, and any issue arise from customers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports include market and performance reports. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, airlines, corporate clients, and government authorities.
  • Support and participate in trade shows, promotions, briefings, seminars, and training to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to product development and conduct market research to inform strategy and drive sales.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in airlines, travel agencies, or tourism operations
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation
  • Experience with BSP/CTO reporting, sales reports, refund procedures and account reconciliation
  • Familiarity with airline reservation system / GDS and other industry systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and reporting skills with keen attention to detail
