Job Description

• Receiving and Unloading - Accepting deliveries and verifying them against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Storing - Allocate received goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Inventory Control - Performing cycle counts, tracking inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Order Processing - Process daily retail store's requisitions, allocate tasks to operators, and preparing them for shipment.
• Maintaining Records - Updating inventory logs, creating GRN, TRN and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.

工作职责：

• 收货与卸货 – 接收货物，并根据采购订单或装箱单进行核对验收。
• 存储管理 – 将收到的货物妥善存放至仓库指定位置。
• 库存控制 – 执行循环盘点，跟踪库存水平，并向主管报告差异情况。
• 订单处理 – 处理零售门店的每日补货需求，分配任务给操作员，并准备发货。
• 记录维护 – 更新库存日志，创建GRN（收货单）和TRN（调拨单），确保所有文件准确完整。

• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of microsoft office.
