<li>Oversee the full spectrum of the e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) operation</li>
<li>Managing E-Commerce platform to generate business growth and customer satisfaction&nbsp;</li>
<li>Managing daily order fulfillment for multiplatform - Report on the coordinate of inventory and stock movement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve issues related to e-commerce business including providing costumer service support&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create compelling and effective designs for ecommerce platform&nbsp;</li>
<li>Video, posting scheduling on TikTok&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and communicate with cross department team members&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide after sale support to customer with friendly attitude</li>

• Run daily Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok ops: listings, inventory, orders, customer support, visuals.
• Work across three platforms to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
