Our Mission

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Service Crew (Scooper) to join our gelato shop team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with gelato selections, operate the POS system, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Communicate comfortably in English and Malay with customers and team members.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Greet customers warmly as they enter the gelato shop.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist customers in selecting gelato flavors and toppings, offering recommendations when needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide correct change and receipts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including counters, display cases, and equipment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure display cases are well-stocked, visually appealing, and correctly represent available flavors.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with basic food preparation, including waffles and other menu items.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to the proper uniform (PPG T-shirt and apron).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow cleaning schedules and report maintenance issues promptly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate effectively and collaborate with co-workers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comply with all shop policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
