Job Summary:
As an Outlet Supervisor at Paolo Paolo Gelato, you will oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and team efficiency. You will lead and support the service crew while maintaining high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day outlet operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service flow. 
• Lead, guide, and motivate the service crew (scoopers) to deliver excellent customer service. 
• Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and provided with a positive gelato experience. 
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline, and report any issues to management. 
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally. 
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the outlet. 
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times. 
• Monitor stock levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate replenishment when needed. 
• Ensure display freezers are well-stocked and visually appealing. 
• Operate and supervise POS transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting. 
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining team productivity. 
• Prepare, verify, and submit outlet staff timesheets to HR/payroll accurately and on time. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in F&B or Hospitality is an advantage. 
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail industry. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Good communication skills in English and Malay. 
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. 
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
