Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the month-end closing process and preparation of monthly consolidation financial statements.
• Review financial results to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and accounting principles.
• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the finance team. 
• Perform costing analysis, forecast and budgeting, cash flow management, and handle group income tax planning, withholding tax, SST , e-invoice and related compliance matters.
• Assists in implementing new systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, landlords, and other regulatory authorities.
• Assists management in any ad hoc or related jobs which may be instructed from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance or Accounting.  
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in F&B industry.
• Must be responsible, proactive, independent and able to meet reporting deadlines.  
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational skills and able to prioritize workload. 
• Experience in external auditing will be an added advantage.
