● Lead and hype up the Customer Success team — setting the standard for fast responses, great vibes, and high-quality support
● Own the entire customer journey across ParkIt’s ecosystem: B2C app users, B2B partners, and cashless parking system customers
● Be the go-to person when things escalate — handling issues calmly, clearly, and confidently
● Work closely with Ops, Tech, and Product teams to fix problems fast and make the system better over time
● Build strong relationships with councils, operators, and enterprise clients (yes, including serious stakeholders)
● Track customer feedback, complaints, and system performance to spot friction points early
● Turn real customer pain points into practical improvements across product, process, and service delivery
😎 What we want from you

● Have 1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Operations, Service Leadership, or CX
● Understand that UX isn’t just design — it’s how systems behave under stress
● Are comfortable managing government bodies, councils, and large operators
● Stay calm when systems fail — and communicate even better when they do
● Can lead a team (believes in team work)
● Think in flows, journeys, and outcomes, not just tickets and tasks
● Speak English & Bahasa Malaysia confidently (Mandarin is a bonus)
● Uses tech a lot to make life easier
● Somewhat good in Google Sheet, Word, Slides or Microsoft products
