Job Requirements
Jobscope:
- Monitor and report on the hygiene and cleanliness of the personnel and factory.
- Monitor all report findings.
- Ensure efficiency of daily document recording in order to implement Food Safety, and Halal Assurance
- Involve in audit related to Food Safety, Halal and etc.
- Assist in training of worker (internal training, refresh training, new worker training and others ) and ensure the efficiency of the training.
- Monitoring food safety and GMP elements (pest control, effluent, calibration, traceability and others) efficient and right on schedule.
- Other task related to Halal, Safety and Quality Dept
