Job Description

• Manage completely a specialty section within the restaurant, including preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
• Assist to create menu items, recipes, develop new creative dishes.
• Handle meat and fish ingredients, including beef, pork, poultry.
• Maintain a high level of personal and section hygiene at all times.
• Have knowledge, understanding and adopt safe practices.
• Stock and portion monitoring, wastage control.
• Monitor kitchen equipment functionality.
• Participate in team activities and foster a safe and healthy working environment.
