<li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues to minimize production downtime.</li>
<li>Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including task delegation, training, and performance management.</li>
<li>Take ownership of EHS compliance, ensuring adherence to workplace safety laws and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Serve as the main liaison with government authorities such as DOE, BOMBA, and safety enforcement agencies for regulatory compliance, inspections, and audits.</li>
<li>Assist in internal and external audits related to facility maintenance, EHS, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors on time.&nbsp;</li>
