​1. Technical Diagnosis and Repair
​Troubleshooting: Performing diagnostic tests to identify hardware or software issues (e.g., app crashes, connectivity problems, or system errors).&nbsp;&nbsp;
​Hardware Replacement: Repairing or replacing damaged physical components, such as cracked screens (LCD/digitizers), batteries, charging ports, cameras, and buttons.&nbsp;&nbsp;
​Micro-soldering: Handling precise circuit board repairs, including fixing damaged microchips or loose connectors.&nbsp;&nbsp;
​Software Servicing: Installing software updates, performing firmware upgrades, resolving operating system bugs, and virus removal.&nbsp;&nbsp;
​Data Recovery: Assisting customers in retrieving photos, contacts, and files from damaged or non-functional devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;
​2. Operational Duties
​Device Testing: Conducting thorough quality control checks after every repair to ensure all functions (touch, audio, camera, signal) are working perfectly.&nbsp;&nbsp;
