The Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the HR team by assisting with end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing applicant data in ATS, and supporting employer branding initiatives.&nbsp;

<li>Candidate Sourcing &amp; Screening: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, and conduct initial resume screening.</li>
<li>Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.</li>
<li>Data Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to ensure accurate recruitment records.</li>
<li>Employer Branding: Support employer branding activities, such as managing social media content, organizing career fairs, and updating job postings.</li>
<li>Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding processes, reference checks, and offer documentation. &nbsp;</li>
