Job Description

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the HR team by assisting with end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing applicant data in ATS, and supporting employer branding initiatives. 

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, and conduct initial resume screening.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Data Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to ensure accurate recruitment records.
• Employer Branding: Support employer branding activities, such as managing social media content, organizing career fairs, and updating job postings.
• Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding processes, reference checks, and offer documentation.
   

Job Requirements

• 6-month internship 
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Must have excellent organizing, time management, and people skills.
