Job Description
- Achieve sales goals and fulfill campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales objectives, call quality, and operational benchmarks
- Make telemarketing calls to raise awareness of General Insurance products, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and referencing while engaging both existing and potential customers
- Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

- Ensure all call transactions comply with regulations and meet Quality Assurance standards
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
Job Requirements
- At least SPM or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales
- Strong command of the English language
Note: Relevant training will be provided, Insurance class and exam fee is subsidies (covered by the employer)
