&nbsp;A. Position Overview As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the main point of contact for the customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues, and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour. B. Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding policy registration, policy/certificaterelated matters, and insurance claims&nbsp;
 Make outbound calls to customers regarding warranty registration, reminders, or renewals.&nbsp;
 Conduct telemarketing calls to promote products, services, or special promotions.&nbsp;
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.&nbsp;
 Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, service) to ensure prompt resolution of issues.&nbsp;
 Provide Lettershopper services, including the preparation and distribution of policy/certificates and other engagement letters.&nbsp;
 Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.&nbsp;
 Meet performance targets and work towards achieving individual and team performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators&nbsp;
