A. Position Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the main point of contact for the customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues, and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
B. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding policy registration, policy/certificaterelated matters, and insurance claims
Make outbound calls to customers regarding warranty registration, reminders, or renewals.
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote products, services, or special promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, service) to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Provide Lettershopper services, including the preparation and distribution of policy/certificates and other engagement letters.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Meet performance targets and work towards achieving individual and team performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators
C. Qualifications
Educational Back
ground: Minimum Diploma in any field. SPM holders with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Experience: 6 months’ of customer service or telemarketing or sales experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a customer-focused mind-set will also be considered.
Skills: o Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay; additional language skills are a plus. o Customer-Oriented: Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs. o Multitasking: Able to manage multiple service requests and follow-ups efficiently. o Problem Solving: Able to coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
