Job Description

• Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
• Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
• Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview)
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice
• Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients
• Achieve individual KPIs & sales target

Job Requirements

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR / recruitment field
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and sales driven (willing to work in sales bounded role)
• Customer service and sales skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Position available in Penang, Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur
