Responsibilities:

• Manage various types of Rotating Equipment, including pumps, compressors, mixers, fans, and engines.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, and cooling fans.
• Follow safety protocols for all maintenance work, adhering to procedures and specifications.
• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance, inspections, and maintain repair records.
• Utilize technical documentation, measurements, and tools during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate within a team, maintaining good housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
• Maintain a daily log sheet of work and progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Participate in company-organized trainings for safety and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2­-3 years’ experience in Rotating Equipment service & maintenance
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with handling precision tools such as caliper and micrometers
• Able to read & interpret P&ID
• Possess good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fit to perform work inclusive of working at height, confined space and using air supplied breathing equipment when necessary.
• Any vocational qualification is an advantage
• Willing to be based in Port Dickson Refinery
