Our Values 

Junior Operations Role
As a Junior Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing order logistics, coordinating with chefs and drivers, and actively contributing to catering events.&nbsp;
This role requires someone who is hardworking, a strong problem-solver, and ready to tackle challenges head-on. You’ll also assist the Person in Charge (PIC) with large events and support various projects, making this a dynamic position ideal for someone eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

<ins>Responsibilities:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist in routing and emailing orders to chefs, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.</li>
<li>Help assign daily tasks to runners and caterers as needed.</li>
<li>Support with packing orders and maintaining an organized operations space.</li>
<li>Participate in coordination calls, helping to ensure seamless collaboration between drivers, chefs, and other team members.</li>
<li>Provide support to the Person in Charge (PIC) for catering events, with a focus on large corporate events and weddings.</li>
<li>Assist the operations lead in various tasks and special projects as required.</li>
<li>Able to analyse data such as logistics cost and manpower profits as required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
