Junior Operations Role

As a Junior Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing order logistics, coordinating with chefs and drivers, and actively contributing to catering events. 

This role requires someone who is hardworking, a strong problem-solver, and ready to tackle challenges head-on. You’ll also assist the Person in Charge (PIC) with large events and support various projects, making this a dynamic position ideal for someone eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in routing and emailing orders to chefs, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
• Help assign daily tasks to runners and caterers as needed.
• Support with packing orders and maintaining an organized operations space.
• Participate in coordination calls, helping to ensure seamless collaboration between drivers, chefs, and other team members.
• Provide support to the Person in Charge (PIC) for catering events, with a focus on large corporate events and weddings.
• Assist the operations lead in various tasks and special projects as required.
• Able to analyse data such as logistics cost and manpower profits as required. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Available for early mornings and late nights to help with packing and catering preparations.
• Comfortable using Excel sheets for tracking orders and maintaining organized records.
• Eager to learn and work diligently, contributing to the team’s efforts for smooth and efficient operations.
