The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical finance analyst to drive financial planning, investment strategies, and business growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our company’s financial direction, evaluating expansion opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background, experience in financial modelling, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to support the company’s expansion and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance &amp; Financial Planning

<li>Develop and execute financial models to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and capital allocation.</li>
<li>Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Analyze funding options, capital structuring, and financing strategies for business expansion.</li>
<li>Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and board materials for fundraising discussions.</li>
<li>Manage financial due diligence for M&amp;A, partnerships, and new ventures.</li>

Business Strategy &amp; Expansion
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.</li>
<li>Support expansion plans, including feasibility studies for new locations, partnerships, and JVs.</li>
<li>Evaluate new revenue streams, business models, and ROI with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Optimize pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, and overall profitability with data-driven insights.</li>

Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Monitor key financial &amp; operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. forecasted financial performance.</li>
<li>Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting &amp; compliance.</li>
<li>Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial projections and risk assessments.</li>
</ul>
Risk Management &amp; Compliance

<li>Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure regulatory compliance, tax laws, and corporate governance adherence.</li>
