Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Social Media (Being a Social Media Guru)

We’re all about Instagram, Tiktok and XHS, so you’ll be working with the team to come up with social media strategies for marketing purposes.

• Creating Content (Showing Content Who’s Boss)

This requires you to perform a little magic - taking a piece of information and turning it into visually compelling content for social media! You will be required to come up with content on a weekly basis by compiling them into a weekly flowchart.

• Managing Campaigns

A campaign’s journey from conceptualization to implementation will be in your hands. You’ll be required to come up with fun campaign ideas on a monthly basis, and be involved in its execution and anything that comes along with it.

• Overseeing Influencers

We hope you’re a people person, because you’ll be getting in touch with both upcoming and big-time influencers! This involves scouting for & vetting potential influencers on Instagram as well as interacting and maintaining a good relationship with them before, during, and after a collaboration.

• Performing Ad-Hoc Duties

You’ll be in charge of any ad-hoc duties as and when required. (Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to do something peculiar, like filling a swimming pool with gallons of orange juice!)

Job Requirements

• Social media savvy; must be well-versed with Tiktok, XHS, Facebook & Instagram in particular.
• Aware of current happenings, especially online trends and pop culture. Passion for style, fashion, and all things pretty is an added bonus!
• Fluent in spoken & written English. Mandarin is added bonus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, & Powerpoint as well as Google-fu. Knowledge in Canva is a bonus.
• Efficient in time management and has the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
