You may know domestic workers by their more colloquial terms, as ‘domestic helpers’ or ‘maids’. Yes, you read this right! We source, recruit and facilitate the safe and debt-free migration of our bibiks, kakaks, ates and aunties into Malaysia, ensuring their entry into safe and dignified jobs and working conditions.&nbsp;
 Pinkcollar was founded to tackle the systemic exploitation of migrant domestic workers in Malaysia where human trafficking, workplace abuses, and contract breaches are still common occurrences. Our aim is to elevate both the professional and humane standards of the migrant recruitment sector to benefit migrant workers and their Malaysian employers alike.

<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>
 1_Lead Management &amp; Conversion
<ul>
<li>Inquiry Ownership: You will be the first point of contact for all incoming Sales leads via Pinkcollar's WhatsApp, phone, and email. You are expected to manage these conversations decisively, moving prospects through our qualification process with efficiency.</li>
<li>Proactive Follow-ups: We don’t wait for our leads to go cold. You will manage the follow-up cycle independently, ensuring every query is resolved or transitioned to the next stage of the sales funnel.</li>
<li>Data Integrity: You will maintain our lead database with precision, ensuring all interactions are documented and actionable.</li>

2_Office Administration &amp; Professional Reception
<ul>
<li>Front-of-House Stewardship: You will manage the reception experience for all visitors (clients, workers &amp; partners), ensuring our brand is represented with professional authority and warmth.</li>
<li>Operational Oversight: You will take full responsibility for the office environment. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the workspace is consistently functional and professional.</li>
<li>Administrative Flow: You will oversee essential administrative tasks—from documentation to stock management—anticipating needs for our office before they become urgent.</li>
