We are seeking a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about the opportunities that emerging technologies present in research and wishes to join a company that merges technology, innovation, and talented individuals to deliver exceptional research solutions to our clients. The role includes:

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Manage research projects from inception to completion, including communication with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with data collection and processing teams to gather, analyze, and report on research findings.
  • Conduct primary research through interviews with consumers or industry experts and secondary research from various sources.
  • Participate in project design, track field performance, and conduct data analysis to report findings.
  • Identify market insights and provide strategic analysis and recommendations to clients.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or equivalent.

  • Experience in quantitative research projects during the Final Year Project or similar practical exposure is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet navigation, and electronic communication; familiarity with SPSS, Power BI, and Excel Power Query is a plus.
  • Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Capable of articulating thoughts clearly and tactfully; willing to engage directly with clients.
