Job Description
Our Indoor Sales Support Assistants are at the front line of our business. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and members. We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a bubbly personality.
- Answer customer enquiries promptly and accurately
- Attend to walk-in customers and members
- Provide follow-up after sales service
- To assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
- Candidate should be a SPM level graduate
- Full training is provided
- No prior experience required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
