The Sales Support role play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position involves administrating sales processes, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
<ins>Key responsibilities:</ins>&nbsp;

<li>Provide administrative support to sales representatives, and handling correspondence.</li>
<li>Assist with team lead and promoter inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.</li>
<li>Handle Attendance checking, resignation and incentive/ KPI tracking.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales records, prepare reports, and manage relevant documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with different departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and process alignment.</li>
</ul>
