The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Candidates with experience in the construction industry will have an added advantage.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Accounting</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).</li>
<li>Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts,and other finance work.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.</li>
<li>Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Administration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.</li>
<li>Manage company correspondence, filing, and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.</li>
