<li>📊 Prepare simple reports – daily, weekly, and monthly summaries for management</li>
<li>🧾 Handle insurance claims – help submit and track TPA/insurance paperwork</li>
<li>🗓️ Help with staff scheduling – assist in preparing duty rosters and leave tracking</li>
<li>💬 Coordinate internal communication – follow-up reminders, team updates, etc.</li>
<li>📦 Monitor stock &amp; supplies – help track medicine, medical tools, and order when low</li>
<li>🔧 Liaise with vendors – arrange for deliveries, repairs, or maintenance when needed</li>
<li>📅 Help manage licenses &amp; renewals – make sure clinic permits are always up to date</li>
<li>📥 Support digital tools – learn basic use of clinic systems like CRM, Google Sheets, etc.</li>
<li>🚨 Report issues – flag any operational problems or safety concerns to management</li>
<li>📚 Assist with SOPs &amp; audits – help prepare documentation needed for internal checks </li>
</ul>
