Job Description

 Assist daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
 

• Register patients, verify details, and manage the queue system.
   
• Provide front counter service, handle inquiries, and assist walk-in patients.
   
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications.
   
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
   
• Prepare consultation rooms, equipment, and consumables before each session.
   
• Perform basic clinical tasks (take vital signs such as temperature, BP, pulse, SpO₂).
   
• Conduct simple tests under supervision (urine test, pregnancy test, blood glucose monitoring) and manage samples properly.
   
• Support medication dispensing (under supervision) and manage stock/inventory (monitor, reorder, receive, store).
   
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with MOH guidelines/SOP, handle billing/receipts, and support cleanliness and basic marketing tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with 0–2 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of clinical operations or experience in a GP clinic environment is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to interact professionally with patients.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on clinic schedule.
• Responsible, fast learner, and able to work well in a team.
