<p>We are now looking for a Customer Support Representative (Front Desk) who is keen to explore the career growth in supporting the front end.</p>
<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and guide them to appropriate departments or services efficiently.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat messengers, ticketing systems, providing accurate information and solutions.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.</li>
<li>Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM and ticketing systems.</li>
<li>Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures to provide comprehensive support.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to help improve products, services, and processes.</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales/Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
<li>Be available to work weekends as per roster, with compensatory off days during the weekdays.</li>
