Overview
Our client is providing multilingual and full range of professional services like Banking Service / Financial service / Food Delivery / Worldwide Social Media platform / Cosmetic / Luxury Automotive service / Shared Service and etc.
- Respond professionally to inbound calls
- To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
- Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Job Requirements
- Minimum posses with SPM with 5 years relevant experience & Diploma with 2 years & Degree with fresh graduate
- Able to speak and write Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- With customer service experience from BPO / Call center is preferable
- Able start work immediately
- Able to work on 24 hours rotating shift
