Facility &amp; Infrastructure Management

<li>Ensure all building infrastructure is safe, functional, and well-maintained.</li>
<li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system failures.</li>

Project &amp; Maintenance Planning
<ul>
<li>Lead building improvement and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget adherence.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and execute timely repairs.</li>

Safety &amp; Compliance

Coordination &amp; Communication with Stakeholders
