As an Accountant Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and support our strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

Full Set of Accounts
<ul>
<li>Handle payment vouchers, official receipts &amp; bank transactions</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements, AR/AP, and prepare journal entries</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of financial transactions</li>
<li>Prepare and submit SST-02 &amp; Withholding Tax (forms and payments)</li>
<li>Produce monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&amp;L, Trial Balance)</li>
</ul>
Payroll &amp; HR Support
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll &amp; statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)</li>
<li>Issue payslips and submit Form E &amp; EA Forms</li>
</ul>
Tax Compliance
<ul>
<li>Timely corporate tax &amp; withholding tax submissions</li>
<li>Execute e-Invoice &amp; reconciliation</li>
<li>Liaise with tax agents/auditors if required</li>
</ul>
Financial Analysis
<ul>
<li>Analyze data and trends to support budgeting &amp; forecasting</li>
<li>Contribute to strategic planning and financial modelling</li>
</ul>
Costing &amp; Internal Controls
<ul>
<li>Monitor production, labor &amp; material costs</li>
<li>Maintain cost accounting systems and assist with internal controls</li>
</ul>
Audit &amp; Ad Hoc Support
<ul>
<li>Update audit schedules and assist with ad hoc finance-related tasks</li>
</ul>
