Internship Responsibilities:
As an Account Intern, you will gain practical experience in financial processes, including:

i. Billing, Invoicing & Data Entry
• Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and updating the accounting system (UBS)
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and transaction recording

1. Financial Record Maintenance
   • Assist in maintaining proper filing and organization of accounting documents
   • Ensure all financial records are well-documented and easily retrievable
   
2. Preparation of Full Set Accounts
   • Gain hands-on experience in assisting with the preparation of full-set accounts under supervision
   • Support in monthly financial closing and reporting tasks
   
3. Ad-Hoc & Administrative Support
   • Provide assistance with various accounting-related tasks as assigned by the team
   • Support internal projects and collaborate with team members on financial matters 

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a related field
Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage due to the nature of the business
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
