We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Channe; Marketing to join our team. This role will support the Manager in executing product marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions to achieve marketing objectives across various channels and segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing product Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns and performance marketing.

This role is integral to our broader marketing strategy, ensuring that all communications to the public and clients via Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) platforms are meticulously approved by relevant internal stakeholders and external partners. The role will ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s business objectives, branding and core values. This position requires close collaboration with various internal divisions and external partners to maintain consistent and effective communication, reinforcing our brand’s presence and adherence to Shariah guidelines. The role’s contribution is vital in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our marketing communications within a dynamic and competitive business environment.

Job Description

1. Manage and execute product marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments of the overall strategic marketing plan.

  • Successful launch and execution of product marketing campaigns including media launch event and digital campaign.
  • Achievement of product campaign-specific KPIs such as reach, engagement, cost per leads, click-through rates, conversion rates and etc. • Timely delivery of marketing initiatives within budget

2. Create and manage all product marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction, including brochures, flyers, videos, placemats, buntings, etc., for Agency, Banca, Group and Online products.

  • Quality and consistency of product marketing materials. •
  • Adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners.

3. Monitor project, campaign performances and budgets, ensuring alignment with financial outcomes, including issuing POs, processing invoices and tracking expenses.

  • Adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Efficient use of resources and cost management.

4. Work cross-functionally within and beyond the Marketing department to build, execute and measure the success of product campaigns.

  • Effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Successful integration of cross-functional inputs into campaigns.
  • Achievement of campaign goals through collective efforts.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on product GTM campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Shariah guidelines is a plus
