<p>We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing team member to  support the Head of Trade Marketing in executing our go-to-market strategies. This role  plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across internal stakeholders, agencies,  and channel partners, and will be heavily involved in campaign execution, in-store  visibility, reporting, and trade support.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Position Responsiblities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Coordination  </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the rollout of trade marketing campaigns across Modern Trade, General  Trade, and alternate channels.</li>
<li>Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, deployment, and  tracking.</li>
<li>Support new product launches through sample distribution, merchandising kits,  and channel-specific activation.</li>
<li>Liaise with Sales, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Trade Support &amp; Visibility  </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and maintain planogram compliance and visibility standards in-store.</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party merchandisers or field teams for audit, placement,  and replenishment.</li>
<li>Support in organizing roadshows, sampling activations, and dealer engagement  programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Compile and analyze trade campaign performance reports.</li>
<li>Track budget usage, campaign ROI, and provide insights to the Trade Marketing  Head.</li>
<li>Maintain and update trade marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and  promotional dashboards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administrative &amp; Operational Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage inventory of trade materials (e.g., POSM, premiums, kits).</li>
<li>Handle quotation sourcing, purchase requisitions, and documentation support.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables and timelines.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
