Job Description

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertisements.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content to boost brand visibility and awareness.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across platforms.
  • Grow and manage the company’s social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and schedule posts, interact with followers, and adjust strategies to drive engagement and community growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Analyze the customer journey and digital touchpoints to optimize user experience.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Regularly refine SEO strategies to ensure continued high performance of digital assets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush) are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain brand-consistent content across different digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Strong SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
