<li>Develop tailored PR and communications strategies that will support the delivery of the   organization’s strategic goal in branding and new customer recruitment objective.</li>
<li>Digital PR include combination of brand communication, liaison with influencers and posting of creative contents via social media.</li>
<li>To develop close relationships with local KOLs and bloggers in order to build a winning PR      strategy for content creation and management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop relationships with the editorial teams from relevant third party websites (e.g. Digital magazine team)</li>
<li>All other relevant assignments relating to the organization marketing communication and PR related tasks.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the different target audience and media landscape to  identify the best and most effective platform to communicate and engage the communities</li>
<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with Media and KOL to further increase brand awareness and credibility.</li>
<li>Lead in managing media agencies, both online and offline, digital and creative agencies to ensure agencies meet all media KPIs</li>
<li>Drive leads acquisition programme across various corporate initiatives, in line with  traditional marketing channels and on-line marketplace.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct detailed &amp; regular campaigns and promotional post analysis report; identify and share key learnings for future campaigns implementation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and maximize the utilization of PR and KOL marketing budget set.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the customer’s profile and behavior to create, write, edit and implement the communication messages that is customized, relevant and timely on various online &amp; offline platforms including AsterSpring website, supporting the marketing campaigns, press releases etc</li>
<li>Working with relevant agencies to ensure that the communication is delivered in the most efficient ways.</li>
