This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and supports employees with payroll and benefits-related queries.Payroll Administration<ul><li>Process payrolls for all employees on a monthly basis.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and other withholdings.</li><li>Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports for management and finance.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and disbursement.</li><li>Assist with renewal and appointment of payroll vendor</li></ul>Benefits Administration<ul><li>Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, leave, PRUEmpire etc.</li><li>Liaise with insurance providers and benefit vendors for enrolment, claims, and renewals.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely updates.</li><li>Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and RLMS).</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.</li></ul>Employee Support<ul><li>Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, payslips, and benefits.</li><li>Conduct onboarding briefings on payroll and benefits for new hires.</li><li>Support HR initiatives related to compensation and benefits.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
