Job Description

PLAYA Racquet Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in labour laws, confident in handling end-to-end payroll, and passionate about building strong HR processes in a growing organisation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Run full payroll processing from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters professionally
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Assist in disciplinary matters and grievance handling in accordance with labour regulations
• Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related support to management
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations

Job Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR role
• Well-versed in labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Professional, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin/Chinese is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with payroll or HR systems is an advantage
