PLAYA Racquet Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in labour laws, confident in handling end-to-end payroll, and passionate about building strong HR processes in a growing organisation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

<li>Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding</li>
<li>Run full payroll processing from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely submission</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation</li>
<li>Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking</li>
<li>Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters professionally</li>
<li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li>
<li>Assist in disciplinary matters and grievance handling in accordance with labour regulations</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related support to management</li>
<li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations</li>
</ul>
