As part of the technology governance management function, you will also ensure smooth, high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders, while promoting technology operational and delivery efficiency and future-ready technology advancements.<h1>PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</h1><ul><li>Shape and evaluate the strategy for the Technology Division.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to align IT plans with business strategies.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and industry experts to stay updated on technological advancements.</li><li>Lead governance reviews of incident resolution and root cause analysis for outages and cybersecurity issues, including regulatory reporting requirements where applicable.</li><li>Provide support for key program and project implementations.</li><li>Manage the division's budget and ensure regular review of policies and procedures.</li><li>Recommend, and review the implementation of security controls for IT projects</li><li>Lead the review and remediation of issues identified from penetration testing, technical reviews, and audit (both internal and external) and yearly PCIDSS certification.</li><li>Promote security awareness and maintain documentation of security policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage the planning and implementation of other security initiatives in meeting the regulatory, business and operation requirements</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATION:&nbsp; &nbsp;1. Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Professional Certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is advantageous (but not required).</li></ul>2. Experience<ul><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in Technology Management, Information Security and/or Governance.</li><li>Relevant experience preferably in Financial Services Industry with familiarity in regulatory requirements such as BNM RMiT.</li></ul>3.
