What You Will Do
You will understand and inform business direction through extensive market research, customer discovery, and user research in collaboration with the business and design teams;
You will break down key projects and prioritize features in order to ensure clear line of communication and maximize ROI on team’s investment;
You will work closely with the product and business teams to define clear KPIs; set up, track, and analyze key metrics as indicators for the success of prioritized projects;
You will create, own, and maintain roadmap, milestones and dependencies in line with key project initiatives;
You will communicate clearly to product and leadership on the plans, data, and results gathered for key project initiatives;
You will drive product development with our team of talented engineers and designers;
You will integrate usability studies, research, and market assessment/feedback into product roadmap in order to further enhance user experience and/or value for key project initiatives
What You Will Need
You have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience;
You have demonstrated examples of shipping software at scale;
You have proven ability to simplify and navigate in highly ambiguous situations;
You possess the entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment;
You have the ability to wear multiple hats (business, technical, design) to communicate and manage stakeholders;
You are willing to roll up sleeves and get the job done;
You speak English and Mandarin fluently and can communicate professionally with ease;
Experience in any of the following fields in a plus but not necessary: FinTech, InsurTech, Consumer Tech, Multi-sided Platforms, Payment/eWallet, Machine Learning, SDK/API architecture
