Job Description

1) Product Knowledge and Learning

• Develop a strong understanding of the influencer platform's features, functionality, and value proposition through training and self-study.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor platforms to provide insights for platform enhancements.

2) User Support and Engagement

• Provide prompt and professional support to platform users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through platform features.
• Gather user feedback, track common issues, and collaborate with the development team to propose improvements or updates based on user needs.

3) Platform Development Support

• Collaborate with product managers and senior product specialists to identify areas for platform improvement and new feature development targeted at influencers.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and optimize platform performance.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to ensure platform functionality and usability meet user’s expectations.

4) Marketing and Communication Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, blog posts, tutorials, or social media updates to promote platform features and benefits to influencers.
• Create and maintaining platform documentation, FAQs, and user guides.

5) Training and Education

• Participate in internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated with platform updates or new releases.
• Create training materials and resources for influencers to ensure effective onboarding, feature adoption, and platform usage.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Marketing, Computing & IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Website product or project management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading or supervising a team
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital platforms, and emerging trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user data and feedback
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and social media platforms
• Additional Skill(s): A basic understanding of UX/UI, HTML, and CSS will be an added advantage
• Exposure to influencer marketing, social media platforms, or product support is preferred
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in influencer marketing, platform management, and related fields.
