Job Description

1.Product Strategy & Planning

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Plan and execute product launches, including promotional strategies and sales enablement. 
• Prioritize features, SKUs, or product lines based on profitability and market demand.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth product launch and distribution.
• Provide training or product knowledge to retail staff and marketing teams.

3. Sales & Performance Analysis

• Monitor product performance, including sales, margins, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

4. Marketing & Merchandising Support

• Support marketing campaigns with product positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
• Collaborate on in-store displays, merchandising, and online presence.

5. Customer & Market Insights

• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to drive product improvements.
• Understand consumer behavior and trends in the retail sector.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies.

6. Other Tasks

• Support marketing or other assignments as needed by management. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Experience in product management, retail, merchandising, or related roles.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, sales data, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, data analysis) 
• Must be available to work during weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
