Key Responsibilities

<li>Create and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at growing our business and increasing market share in Malaysia.</li>
<li>Discover, engage, and acquire new B2B customers and corporate alliances within relevant sectors.</li>
<li>Establish, sustain, and enhance robust relationships with both corporate and retail customers to stimulate business growth.</li>
<li>Perform regular client engagements, presentations, and follow-up activities to meet sales objectives and identify new prospects.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and business obstacles, offering appropriate product or service recommendations.</li>
<li>Oversee and cultivate key accounts to guarantee long-lasting client satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Work in tandem with internal departments (marketing, R&D, and logistics) to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Compile and present frequent reports on sales achievements, pipeline progression, and KPI attainment.</li>
<li>Act as the company’s representative at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and client meetings to boost brand awareness and professional networking.</li>
