Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at growing our business and increasing market share in Malaysia.
  • Discover, engage, and acquire new B2B customers and corporate alliances within relevant sectors.
  • Establish, sustain, and enhance robust relationships with both corporate and retail customers to stimulate business growth.
  • Perform regular client engagements, presentations, and follow-up activities to meet sales objectives and identify new prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and business obstacles, offering appropriate product or service recommendations.
  • Oversee and cultivate key accounts to guarantee long-lasting client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work in tandem with internal departments (marketing, R&D, and logistics) to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Compile and present frequent reports on sales achievements, pipeline progression, and KPI attainment.
  • Act as the company’s representative at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and client meetings to boost brand awareness and professional networking.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales; experience in consumer goods or ingredient sectors is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian market; experience with international business is beneficial.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin skills are a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Motivated, energetic, and results-focused, with a proactive approach to reaching objectives.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Willing to travel frequently for client engagements and business discussions.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Ideally within the working age range (up to 35 years old).
