<li>Willing to travel to assigned territories (Malaysia nationwide)</li>
<li>Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries and emails efficiently and courteously</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and relevant market information, and share insights with internal teams</li>
<li>Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager/General Manager</li>
<li>Coordinate with admin and service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process</li>
