<li>Monitoring and directing the activities of contractors and subcontractors from the beginning of a construction project until its completion.</li>
<li>Monitor the progress of construction projects &amp; ensure compliance with construction drawings &amp; specifications.</li>
<li>Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects</li>
<li>Organize and ensure that contractors complete their work efficiently and effectively in strict compliance with time and budget expectations.</li>
<li>Ensuring that necessary and relevant materials are available, and ensuring all forms of delay by contractors due to conflicting project elements are prevented.</li>
<li>Monitor daily site activities and site safety, conduct general site routine inspections of projects from time to time.</li>
<li>Minimise material and manpower wastage</li>
<li>Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and updating the progress</li>
<li>Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused</li>
<li>Responsible for inspecting work done by subcontractors, defects and quality.</li>
<li>Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects</li>
<li>Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.</li>
<li>Must have your own means of transportation.</li>
