Job Description

• Manage overall construction site activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is delivered as per schedule and specifications
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout all construction phases
• Support commissioning and handover processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–15 years of construction experience, preferably in data centers, industrial, or large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and project management principles
• Experience managing multiple contractors and complex project timelines
• Familiarity with safety standards and local regulatory requirements
• Experience in data center projects is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
