As a Marketing &amp; Media Executive, you will manage clients' marketing campaigns from planning to execution. You will work closely with clients, creative designers, content creators, production teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired results.
This role requires strong communication, project management, creativity, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple projects in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.</li>
<li>Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign requirements.</li>
<li>Attend client meetings, prepare contact reports, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Provide regular project updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Planning &amp; Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and prepare marketing proposals, campaign strategies, media recommendations, and client presentations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, influencer marketing, and events.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Creative, Media Owners, Digital, Influencer, and Production teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li>
<li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables.</li>
<li>Ensure all campaign materials meet clients' expectations before execution.</li>
</ul>
Digital &amp; Media Coordination
<ul>
<li>Support media planning and campaign implementation across Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.</li>
<li>Coordinate influencer marketing, content production, and social media campaigns.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify target audiences by analysing consumer insights, market trends, and media behaviour.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Reporting
<ul>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.</li>
<li>Analyse campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.</li>
</ul>
