We’re now entering an exciting growth phase across Asia and the U.S., and we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of our journey.
Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing (Ecommerce & Growth), you will be responsible for leading the entire marketing function across strategy, operations, and execution—owning digital growth, campaign performance, brand storytelling, and team leadership.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and brand impact through creative, performance-driven campaigns, world-class ecommerce experiences, affiliate & influencer programs, and meaningful partnerships.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with strong ecommerce experience and an eye for creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Own and lead the overall ecommerce and digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
- Develop integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Growth Marketing Manager to align on KPIs, priorities, and growth strategies.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the ideation and execution of impactful digital campaigns across email, paid media, organic content, and partnerships.
- Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and optimized for high conversion and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storytelling and high-converting visuals.
3. Ecommerce Strategy & Website Optimization
- Oversee Shopify website strategy and performance; guide CRO (conversion rate optimization), landing page design, content, and customer journey enhancements.
- Work with tech and design teams to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and bundle campaigns.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to identify conversion opportunities and implement changes.
4. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Lead and scale the affiliate marketing program (via Social Snowball or other platforms), managing affiliate recruitment, communication, and performance.
- Identify and nurture strategic brand collaborations, retail partners, and influencer ambassadors to drive reach and revenue.
- Own partnership sales goals and regularly report on performance metrics and ROI.
5. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage the marketing team including:
- Content Creators
- Social Media executive
- Performance Marketing Specialist
- Marketing Operations Executive
- Strategic Partnerships & Community Lead
- Marketing Agencies
- Multimedia Designer
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance accountability across the team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, ownership, and collaboration.
