Backed by science and rooted in tradition, our mission is to improve lives through accessible, natural solutions for gut health, skin, immunity, mental clarity, and respiratory wellness.</div><div>We’re now entering an exciting growth phase across Asia and the U.S., and we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of our journey.</div><div><strong>Role Overview</strong></div><div>As the Head of Marketing (Ecommerce &amp; Growth), you will be responsible for leading the entire marketing function across strategy, operations, and execution—owning digital growth, campaign performance, brand storytelling, and team leadership.</div><div>You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and brand impact through creative, performance-driven campaigns, world-class ecommerce experiences, affiliate &amp; influencer programs, and meaningful partnerships.</div><div>This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with strong ecommerce experience and an eye for creative excellence.</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>1. Strategic Marketing Leadership</strong></div><ul><li>Own and lead the overall ecommerce and digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.</li><li>Develop integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the CEO and Growth Marketing Manager to align on KPIs, priorities, and growth strategies.</li></ul><div><strong>2. Campaign Planning &amp; Execution</strong></div><ul><li>Lead the ideation and execution of impactful digital campaigns across email, paid media, organic content, and partnerships.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and optimized for high conversion and ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storytelling and high-converting visuals.</li></ul><div><strong>3. Ecommerce Strategy &amp; Website Optimization</strong></div><ul><li>Oversee Shopify website strategy and performance; guide CRO (conversion rate optimization), landing page design, content, and customer journey enhancements.</li><li>Work with tech and design teams to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and bundle campaigns.</li><li>Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to identify conversion opportunities and implement changes.</li></ul><div><strong>4. Affiliate &amp; Partnership Marketing</strong></div><ul><li>Lead and scale the affiliate marketing program (via Social Snowball or other platforms), managing affiliate recruitment, communication, and performance.</li><li>Identify and nurture strategic brand collaborations, retail partners, and influencer ambassadors to drive reach and revenue.</li><li>Own partnership sales goals and regularly report on performance metrics and ROI.</li></ul><div><strong>5.
