<p>We are looking for a <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to join our team on a <strong>1-year contract</strong>. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To plan, manage and deliver software projects from inception with agreed scope, timeline, cost and quality.</li>
<li>To facilitate software development lifecycle activities throughout project implementation.</li>
<li>To manage project risks, issues and changes through the project life cycle.</li>
<li>To liaise with the development team to analyse business requirements for application development, enhancement and support.</li>
<li>To be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, closure and post implementation reviews of a project.</li>
<li>To coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors for project execution.</li>
<li>To develop a detailed project plan to track progress.</li>
<li>To perform risk management and create/maintain project documentation.</li>
<li>Any other responsibilities as deem necessary by the management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
