<li>Ensure that all personnel files details already key in into HRMS (mailing address, contact number, Emergency contact number, Typhoid etc.).</li>
<li>Key in all the medical receipt into Excel File (Typhoid Injection).</li>
<li>Verify supporting document in Leave Application.</li>
<li>Filling payroll supporting document (Claim receipt, Sick Cert, etc)</li>

2. Maintain personal file
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update personal file, fill all the letters.</li>
<li>Compile resignation staff personal file.</li>
<li>Open new file for Operation staff convert from contract to permanent.</li>
<li>Follow up the return copy of HR letters.</li>
<li>scan all documents and save into HRMS</li>
<li>Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned</li>
</ul>
