<li>Reports to the Finance Manager.</li>
<li>Handle Accounts Payable (AP) function for local and project sales.</li>
<li>Post supplier invoices to Auto-Count system after completed match DO, PO to Invoice.</li>
<li>Prepare purchase payment requisition (PPRV) voucher for periodic payment.</li>
<li>Post payment after payment transfer and match off supplier invoices.</li>
<li>Update costs into job card, project P&amp;L and update fixed asset (FA) schedule.</li>
<li>Perform creditor reconciliation statement (SOA) on active accounts (monthly).</li>
<li>Update cash outflow daily and reconcile monthly bank statements.</li>
<li>Prepare documents for trade financing; BG, LC, BA and invoice financing.</li>
<li>Update and monitor BA payable and BA interest schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management as on required basis.</li>
</ul>
